Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actor. Elson started her career in the television industry as a model for children and actress. Her best-known role is Alice Tyler, portrayed by Elson on CBS"Sci-Fi. Andrea got the part of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) after she auditioned. Andrea was on the show for a number of years in various TV series and Movies of the week before she decided to leave the entertainment business. Andrea Elson, Andrea Elson who appeared as Lynn Tanner the teenaged child of Kate and Willie was a part of ALF during a period that was particularly difficult for Andrea Elson. In the 2000 retrospective of People Elson said developing as a young woman in front of the sitcom-viewing audience was difficult. When she was in New York City in 1969 Elson grew up within the world of traveling because her father was a travelling salesman. She had already lived in New York and Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles before she turned ten. In San Diego Andrea got an agent and got the part she auditioned for. Fusco stated that ALF was 285-years-old and could be a drinker. NBC warned Fusco to stop ALF from drinking in the presence of children because it was a bad model. Even though Fusco believed that ALF was a mature man, he could do the same thing with way he wants to - alcohol ... and die. In 1995, he was diagnosed to be suffering from lymphoma. This cancer was treated successfully and he was in complete recovery for the remainder of his life. He died from the disease on June 26, 2019 in the year 75 at the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
