Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. She became famous during the 1970s and 1980s due to her roles as an actress on television shows. The glamorous look of her was the most prominent feature on these shows. Fairchild's acting career started in 1973, playing Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time a woman had done so. The following year, she was the lead role in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress - Television Series Drama. Fairchild co-starred alongside ABC on the soap Paper Dolls during 1984. She also appeared as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Fairchild is also a performer on stage and has appeared on TV shows like Murphy Brown, for which she won a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series. She serves as a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
